Order Processing
To make a purchase browse our online store and add items you wish to buy to the shopping cart. You will be prompted to enter your login and password if you have already not done so. Click on show cart to see details of the order together with the delivery charges.* Items can be removed from the cart by using the Del button and recalculating the order. When you are ready to complete the order, click on checkout, confirm your details and then click on Purchase to make payment through PayPal. You can use your PayPal account or any major credit/debit card to make the payment. An email will then be sent to you confirming your order and payment.
This confirmation indicates we have received your order. However, a contract only exits between us when we send you an invoice. In the case of any amendments we will always contact you prior to shipping to ensure that this is acceptable. Items not currently in stock will be placed on back order. You will be emailed with the option to cancel this item if you prefer not to wait.
We can also accept cheques and other money orders. Email your order to orders@athosuk.com and send payment to Athos Equipment d'Escrime, PO Box 290, Carlton-in-Lindrick, WORKSOP. S81 9WB. All payments will need to be cleared prior to dispatching of goods.

Taxes
We are not currently VAT registered and therefore do not charge VAT on our fencing equipment. Customers from outside the EEC are responsible for any import taxes payable on their orders from Athos Equipment d'Escrime Ltd.
Our Guarantee
All discrepancies are to be reported in writing within 10 days of receipt of the
goods. Please send an email to
info@athosuk.com .
All our products come with a 30 day guarantee if returned unused. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandize, call or email us within 30 days of receipt of goods to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You will receive credit or exchange provided the goods are returned in new, unused condition. Please supply a copy of the invoice (keep the original). We cannot accept returns or exchanges on embroidery items, washed garments, discontinued items, or sale items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Unfortunately we can not guarantee blades due to the nature of the sport of fencing. We will however treat each case individually if you feel you have a problem with any of our products.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Privacy Statement
All information gathered online is only for the use of Athos Equipment d'Escrime . The information will only be used for the purpose of processing your order. We will not disclose information to third parties other than in the fulfillment of the order.
